Since I work 3rd shift, I don’t like to eat a big breakfast when I get home because I’ll eat then go right to sleep which eventually leads to me gaining unwanted pounds. Now, i’m not trying to look like a model but at the same time, I don’t want to have rolls of fat all over me either. Back to the breakfast…So after some thinking, I had a “duh moment” I can just make a smoothie for breakfast & be good to go. It’s not a heavy meal, it’s quick & easy, & it’s pretty healthy. All you need is a blender, some juice, frozen fruit, & whatever else you want to add. Put everything in the blender, mix until smooth & enjoy. This is my first morning doing this, so we’ll see how it turns out.
